Chelsea Moss, PE
President - Civil Engineer

Born and raised in Bloomington, Chelsea grew up in this community. She graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 2009 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and 2011 with a M.S. in Environmental Engineering. She has over 7 years of experience in the civil site design industry and facility planning. She especially enjoy working on storm water projects including low impact design and stream/wetland restoration.
Chelsea is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Indiana and a LEED Accredited Professional. Additionally, she is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
When she's not busy with design and planning, Chelsea enjoys spending my free time baking and helping crew the family hot air balloon!
Nathan (Nat) Abram
Electrical Engineer
Nat grew up in the Ellettsville area. He graduated from Edgewood High School and then attended Purdue University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He later returned and received a Master’s Degree in Executive Management from Purdue’s Krannert School of Management. Nat worked 8 years as a mechanical engineer with Otis Elevator Company and12 years as an estimator, project manager, and electrical engineer for Cassady Electrical Contractors, Inc. In addition to his work for AMDG, he is employed full-time as an electrical engineer at NSWC Crane.
Nat holds a Professional Engineers License in Indiana and has previously held professional engineering licenses in New York and New Jersey and various certifications with the American Welding Society.
Nat spends his leisure time with family, his Church (Ellettsville Christian Church), the local Masonic Lodge at Ellettsville Indiana, the Indianapolis Valley Scottish Rite, and running his hobby business repairing and servicing chainsaws and outdoor power equipment for friends and family.
