In addition to design and planning services, our team provides project management services for site development to help you take your development from concept to occupancy.  Our project management services for site development work include:

• Consultant / Sub-consultant Coordination and Team Assembly from Planning through Design

• Coordination between and across review agencies for permitting and approvals, including local, state and federal agencies

• Management of construction solicitation and procurement process, including bid solicitation, coordination of pre-bed conferences, organization and release of supplement information and addenda, review of submitted bids, and preparation of award documentation (in coordination with client's legal counsel)

• Monitoring and inspection of construction process, including regular process meetings

• Coordination of requests for information and responses

• Documentation of construction progress using aerial imagery from our in-house unmanned aerial system (drone)
